We spent the weekend at the site going over our final renderings and seeing the vision for Amici truly take shape. It’s so uplifting to see the walls going up on Malden Road!

Our team of four is working hard on every detail—from the design of the shop to the traditional recipes we can't wait to share with LaSalle. Spring 2026 can't come soon enough! 🥖

From the first pour of the cement floors to official meetings with the Town of LaSalle, the foundation for Amici Deli & Bakery is officially set! 🤝✨

We had a fantastic session with Anita Spagnuolo today to discuss our vision for Malden Road. Every milestone brings us one step closer to serving you the freshest Italian bread, deli favorites, and those famous cannolis in Spring 2026.
